After you register as a paid member, contact support. We will assign the credit to your account within 24 hours. From the Settings page, you can track marketplace credit. When you check out on the marketplace, we automatically discount the price with your credit.

As a Student, you are the only team member allowed on the platform. Members tier can add up to 10. Enterprise can add up to 50. Team members can be added from the Team page with advanced permissions. When added, we validate the business address and then send them an email with a temporary password to log in.
We currently do not offer a monthly plan. The Members plan is $2,499 / year and you can track billing from the Settings page.
We currently do not offer multi-year discounts. We believe in proving ROI so always start with an annual commitment.
On the Members and Enterprise tier, you have unlimited use of our no-code products.
The Hatch Apps cloud is built on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Our platform and products are hosted on this secure cloud environment. On the Student and Members tier, apps and APIs are hosted on the Hatch Apps cloud.
On the Enterprise tier, you can choose to deploy your software to the Hatch Apps cloud, self-host or a hybrid cloud. On the API Builder, we provide Enterprise tier customers with the ability to connect their own cloud environment but still use our platform.
