Components

Hatch Apps components are custom built with javascript. Components are designed like a puzzle-piece, able to be customized and connected to other components. Components also drive the back-end of an app, controlling when an API request is made or when an action occurs.

Cloud engine

Once software is built with Hatch Apps, it goes through proprietary middle-ware that lives on AWS to automatically package and deploy the code in the cloud. This step automates week of software development and works instantly through a combination of Mac and Linux servers.

Architecture

Hatch Apps is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and uses modern technologies and frameworks. Specifically, the platform is a multi-tenant environment but each app instance is single-tenant. Apps and APIs are designed to be extendable through data integrations.
