We're looking for an Account Executive to join our team. The focus is on leading the sales cycle with prospective customers. You will report to our CEO, Param Jaggi.

AEs at Hatch Apps are the main point of contact for leads and carry an annual quota of $500,000 in ARR revenue. This equates to about 200 customers per year. AEs make a base salary and 10% of closed revenue.

  • Reaching out to leads immediately to set up an introduction sales call.
  • Meeting with leads to advance them through the sales funnel.
  • Exploring larger opportunities for upsell and bulk orders.
  • Working with the Marketing team to improve the marketing strategy and content.
  • Working with the Engineering team to improve the platform based on lead feedback.
  • Identifying new business opportunities with the executive team.

  • 3+ years experience with SaaS sales or equivalent role.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Suite, and Zoom.
  • Experience managing multiple work streams.
