We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team. The focus is on working with customers to make sure they are supported and successful. You will report to our CEO, Param Jaggi.

CSMs at Hatch Apps are the main point of contact for customers and manage about $1,000,000 in ARR revenue. This equates to about 400 customers. CSMs make a base salary and 10% of upsell revenue.

  • Reaching out to new customers immediately to set up an introduction and onboarding call.
  • Meeting with customers once a quarter to convey new features, share best practices, and collect feedback.
  • Responding to emails with customers.
  • Working with the Support and Marketing teams to improve documentation.
  • Working with the Engineering team to improve the platform based on customer feedback.
  • Upselling customers with Marketplace purchases based on their unique needs.

  • 3+ years experience with SaaS customer success or equivalent role.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Suite, and Zoom.
  • Experience managing multiple work streams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization skills.
